2. Booking & Payment

• • All bookings are made through our website.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know ahead of your course.

  • As spaces are limited, bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • For 1-2-1 courses, dates and times are arranged after booking.  We'll be in touch to organise sessions that work for you.

3. Course Availability

• • We do our best to run all sessions as planned, but occasionally we may need to adjust dates, times, or venues.
  • If we ever need to cancel a course, you’ll be offered:

• • • A full refund, or
    • The option to move your booking to another available date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, especially during pregnancy.

• • If you cancel 14 days or more before your course start date, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • If you’re unable to attend, we’ll always try to help — where possible, we may offer a transfer to another course (subject to availability).

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedule individual missed sessions.

5. Transfers

• • If you need to move your booking, please let us know at least 7 days before your course starts.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate this, but transfers depend on availability.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• • Our classes are here to support and educate you, but they don’t replace personalised medical advice.

  • If you have any concerns about your pregnancy or health, please speak to your midwife, GP, or healthcare provider.

  • By attending, you’re confirming that you’re happy to participate and take part at your own discretion.

7. Liability

• • We take great care to provide a safe and supportive environment for all attendees.
  • However, Surrey Birth Club cannot be held responsible for:
    • Any injury, loss, or damage related to attending our sessions
    • Personal belongings brought to classes
  • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

8. Partner Attendance

• • Our courses are designed for you and your birth partner.

  • One partner is included per booking unless otherwise stated.

9. Course Content

• • Any resources shared during the course are for your personal use only and shouldn’t be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Your Information

• • We’ll only use your personal details to manage your booking and keep you updated about your course.

  • Your information will always be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
